Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that opening. Mica policies are presented and provided in the best quality of servicing both established and future clients. Thank you for viewing the policies and criteria. Appointment Confirmation As a courtesy, you will receive a text reminder 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees. Refunds Mica has a no refund policy on services completed. I offer complimentary fixes within 4-6 weeks of the service completion when applicable.
